Description
Pale citrine colour, with a slight cloudiness characteristic of this naturally sparkling wine (pétillant naturel or pet nat) which is made by bottling the wine before primary fermentation is complete, allowing it to finish fermenting in the bottle, one of the oldest methods of making sparkling wine also known as ancestral method.
The wine has fine and delicate bubbles, less persistent than in a traditional sparkling wine. Fresh lemon, green apple and peach flavours with subtle floral and citric notes with some brioche it is very fresh, with vibrant acidity. It has a light body and dry profile, a short to medium finish, it is refreshing and easy to drink.
